This story had my hooked since the beginning. A fast paced tale of shadows and demons and celestial children. A girl who thinks she is a monster and doesn’t belong in this world, not knowing what she really is.

A possessive father that tries to hide her by moving from state to state. She is finally in a place where she thinks can be her home, make friends and have a normal life, but that is not what awaits her there. She falls madly in love with Cole and the attraction is so strong that they will break any rule to be together. A story of star-crossed lovers, deception and hope.

This is excellent for any fan of Stephanie Meyer or Cassandra Clare. Can’t wait for the second book.
