Second book in the Angelbound Offspring series. As the first one, Maxon, this doesn’t disappoint.

Portia has a future set for herself as a void demon, and this doesn’t appeal to her yearning for a life with a family of her own. She meets Tempest and falls in love. They embark in a journey to save the Firmament and she has a chance to find herself and maybe avoid her destiny.

This is a great tale of self-discovery.
